The unnamed bully in the laundrette is a character who only appears in the episode Tee Off, Mr. Bean. He is played by Grant Masters. Throughout the opening sequence in the laundrette, he physically and verbally torments Mr. Bean due to him accidentally wearing a blouse. However, Bean gets his revenge in the end, replacing the bully's conditioner (which Bean is forced to drink) with coffee, colouring his clothes brown, in which he didn't suspect Mr. Bean replacing the conditioner with coffee. After that, he argues with the manager of the laundry shop.
